In summer we have some days that probably are hotter than we would like, so we look for some systems to fight that feeling. Nowadays there are some solutions for that need, those are cooling systems.
Those cooling systems principally regulate air conditions of temperature, cleaning and humidity to achieve the best comfort for the users, its a part of a HCAV system. In this way it is easy to adjust humidity, remove ambient dirt (avoiding aerial transmitted illness spread) and guaranteeing that the stay is in its best conditions for its use.
That is why we can find many pros and cons. In pros we find the improvement of thermal comfort, that helps to have an increasing of physical and intellectual activity, and so, for a better efficiency.
Between cons we can find some sudden changes of temperature and humidity, that affect to the health of some people altering mucus and skin dryness. If the system is not regulated, and has not the maintenance needed or maybe exists an unconscious of those, we can also find some respiratory allergies with fungus and dust.

Because that cons a regulated revision of the cooling systems device exists. It is not recommended to abuse of them, using some alternatives complementing them as crossed ventilation (to use this ventilators and cooling of the stay at the first hours of the day and after the nightfall can be used).
